Britt Higo is a Designated Appraiser – Residential (DAR) and Certified Appraisal Reviewer who entered the appraisal profession in 2008 and has focused on the Greater Toronto Area market since 2012.

In 2016, Britt established Ivan David Residential Appraisals to provide residential appraisal services throughout Toronto and the East GTA.

Services include pre listing valuations, mortgage financing, estate settlement, matrimonial matters, private valuation assignments and appraisal review services.

Primary coverage areas include Toronto, East York, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby. Additional appraisal assignments throughout the Greater Toronto Area may be accommodated upon request.

Appraisals have been completed for an extensive list of lenders, financial institutions, legal professionals and private clients.
